AllPromana Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our AllProPlus® platform, including our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including how we handle location data and personal information.
We may collect the following types of information from users:
Personal Information: Name, company name, business address, phone number, email address.
Account & Billing Information: Payment details for paid services.

Purpose:
AllProPlus® uses geofencing and location tracking to automate timekeeping for subcontractors and staff. When enabled by the user, our app automatically clocks workers in and out based on their arrival at or departure from assigned job sites.
Type of Location Data Collected:
We may collect location data in two modes:
Foreground – when the app is open and actively used.
Background – when the app is closed or running in the background, if the user has granted explicit permission.
Background Location Access Disclosure (Required by Google Play):
This app collects location data in the background to enable automatic timekeeping even when the app is closed or not in use. Location data is only collected when entering or exiting designated geofenced job sites and is used strictly for payroll and compliance purposes.
User Consent and Control:
Users must explicitly opt-in to location tracking during setup.
A system-level permission prompt will be shown asking for background access.
Users can turn off location tracking at any time in their device settings.
Location data is never sold or used for advertising or marketing.
Retention:
Location data is retained only as long as needed for payroll, labor compliance, and reporting, then securely deleted.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share information only with:
Trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage) under strict confidentiality.
Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.
Parent companies or affiliates if AllPromana is involved in a merger or acquisition.
The AllProPlus app and website are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal information, we will immediately delete the information from our records.
